Account Suspension & Closure Policy
7starhd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances. Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, or registered with false or misleading information will be closed immediately. Where money laundering is suspected or instructions are received from law enforcement, the account may be suspended during the investigation and dealt with in accordance with applicable law. Users may also request account closure, in which case any outstanding balance will be returned in accordance with platform rules — however, bonuses and conditional funds are non-refundable.
